1. Loose Fat
Exercising is important but a good diet is very important for loosing all the fat.
2. Over all work out
Do not just focus on abs, instead focus on the whole body workout like biceps,triceps etc. Do not waste too much time on training the abs.
3. Increase the metabolic rate
Stessing on the over all workout helps in increasing the metabolic rate which inturn helps in reducing the fat.
4. Take Vitamins and protein
Food which is highly rich in vitamins and protein should be taken.
